Today; Monday, 28/12/2020, the Center of Strategic Studies (Puskas) the National Board of Zakat Republic of Indonesia (BAZNAS RI) in collaboration with UPN Veteran Jakarta and Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, conduct seminars and public expose of zakat research 2020.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the productivity of zakat research conducted by Puskas BAZNAS keeps going on. Such activity includes the publication of Indonesia’s zakat outlook 2021.
The keynote speech of this event is delivered by the CEO of BAZNAS Muhammad Arifin Purwakanta. Furthermore, the speakers at the seminar with the theme of the Portrait of National Zakat Management Performance in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic are delivered by Dr. Zainulbahar Noor (BAZNAS), Muhamad Irfan Sukarna (DEKS Bank Indonesia), Dr. Ahmad Juwaini (KNEKS), Drs. Irsyadul Halim (BAZNAS), Dr. Dianwicaksih, SE, Ak, M.Ak, CA (UPN Veteran Jakarta), and Dr. M. Arief Mufraini, M.Si (UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta). The seminar session is moderated by Dr. Nofrianto, M.Ag, who is a lecturer at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
This event marks a ceremony of signing a Cooperation Agreement between UPN Jakarta and Puskas BAZNAS, and the Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and Puskas BAZNAS. The scope of the cooperation agreement includes research, community service, publication, fieldwork practices, and organizing joint activities.
