Central of Strategic Studies – The National Board of Zakat (Puskas BAZNAS) has the opportunity to visit Talawid Village located in Sangihe District in order to make the measurement of Zakat Village Index. IDZ serves to assess the pre-program, the progress of the program, and the post-program whether the recipients fit the right target of the program align with the mission of zakat. On that occasion, Puskas BAZNAS measure Zakat Community Development (ZCD) program by using IDZ measurement tools. The problems and potentialin this village are, for instance, da’wah needs and nutmeg plantation as this village is one of the fine quality nutmeg producers in Sulawesi Island.
